| my first post in over 9 months, but i decided the following information is worthy of posting....
Jeff and I went for our ultrasound today. It was absolutely amazing to
see our little baby. The technology they have is sooo cool
allowing you to see the beating of the baby's heart, all 4 chambers,
the baby's spine and bones, the baby's stomach and bladder. We even saw
the baby's tongue.
What we didn't see was a private little boy part, meaning...... we're having a girl!!
Now Jeff and I had a boy name all picked out and hadn't even really talked girls, so any suggestions - let em come!
Also - keep our little baby girl in your prayers. when you see this
little one pound baby swimming around it makes you realize how much
work she has to do in the next few months growing and developing.
Keep her in your thoughts!

| Dear Lord,
Lord, I want to live each day to be the best Kristin that I can be. I've found myself comparing myself to others lately and that's so dangerous. You have created each person in such a unique and gifted way. And although some gifts shine out more and get more attention, each of us shines in our own ways. I praise you Lord, for the gifts that you give to all people. And Lord, I pray that we all have the eyes to see how each person we interact with is your special creation. May we see each others' gifts, use each others' gifts and encourage each other in their giftedness!

| Prayer Request. My parents just informed me of this prayer request for the sister of a good friend of theirs in Haiti. She was kidnapped two days ago and is being held for $1.5 million ransom. Her name is Marjorie. Please pray for her safety.
